New Delhi: Veteran Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Murli Manohar Joshi visited the residence of Lal Krishna Advani in Delhi on Saturday to extend his heartfelt congratulations on Advani being conferred with India’s highest civilian award, the Bharat Ratna. This visit came shortly after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the prestigious honor for Advani earlier in the day.
Expressing his joy and admiration for Advani, Joshi remarked, “Deeply happy to see Lal Krishna Advani ji honoured with Bharat Ratna. I congratulate him. It is my good fortune that I got the opportunity to work with Bharat Ratna Atal Ji, Bharat Ratna Nanaji Deshmukh, and Bharat Ratna Advani Ji for more than 60 years.”
